Kirsten Florentie holds a Master of Psychology (child psychology) from KU Leuven and a degree in HR management from EHSAL. She started her career in the pharmaceutical industry, after which she moved into HR management, working in three countries. At SD Worx, she specialized in innovative work organizations and leadership coaching. At Agfa Graphics, she focused on global change management programs and workforce strategies.
In September 2016, Kirsten joined Telenet group, initially as HR Business Partner and since 2020 as Vice President People & Workplace.
Kirsten is also a member of the Board of Directors and REMCO (Remuneration Committee) at Wyre. She is the proud mother of two children, Victor and Margaux. The daughter of a wine merchant and philosopher, she enjoys good conversations over a glass of wine.
