Benedikte Paulissen studied Applied Economics at KU Leuven and obtained a postgraduate degree in European Law at UCL.
Her passion for Technology and customer originated at Flanders Technology International, a non-profit organization of the Flemish government for the promotion of technology, aiming to stimulate innovation and science in the business landscape.
In 1998 she moved to Telenet, where she gained experience in different business, communication, sales and care departments. Since 2015 Benedikte has been a member of the Executive team, originally as Chief Customer Officer she became responsible for all sales channels and all activities within customer care. Since 2019, Benedikte assumed the role of Executive Vice President Data, Digital & Customer Journey. In this role, she was the driving force behind the data & digital transformation with the goal of engaging the company to put the customer first and create persistent focus towards the customer. Since 2023, Benedikte has taken on the role as Chief Customer Operations where she directs customer operations with the goal of striving to optimize the customer experience in the most efficient way.
