Benedikte Paulissen

Chief Customer Operations Officer

Benedikte Paulissen (b. 1969) is Chief Customer Operations Officer at Telenet group. She earned a Master's degree in Applied Economics at KU Leuven and a postgraduate degree in European Law at UCL. She developed her passion for technology and customer service at Flanders Technology International, a non-profit organization for the promotion of innovation and science.


Paulissen went to work for Telenet group in 1998, gaining experience in various business, communications, sales and customer care roles. In 2015, she joined the Executive Team as Chief Customer Officer, assuming responsibility for all sales channels and customer care activities. In 2020, she was appointed Executive Vice President Data, Digital & Customer Journey, helping to lead the company's data and digital transformation efforts.

Since 2023, Paulissen has held the position of Chief Customer Operations Officer, focusing on optimizing the customer experience. She is known for her dedication to customer-centric innovation and has played a crucial role in improving Telenet group's service quality.


Benedikte is married to Bert and is a proud mom to twin sons Jul and Lowie. On the weekend, she mostly enjoys the little things in life. She likes to take long walks in nature and listens to podcasts or audiobooks. A moment of peace and inspiration. Beautiful things like flowers, music and art make her happy and she tremendously enjoys eating good food in the company of friends.
