Bernadette Vandamme (b. 1979) is Vice President Business & Operations Controlling at Telenet group. She started her impressive 18-year career in the telecom industry as a financial controller, expanding her expertise with various roles in controlling, accounting, tax and procurement.
Bernadette joined Telenet group in 2016 following the acquisition of BASE, where she was employed as Director of Strategic Controlling. In this role, she navigated between short-term and long-term financial projections, ensuring the company’s financial health and strategic direction.
Prior to joining Telenet group, Bernadette spent five years working as an auditor at Deloitte, where she gained valuable experience in financial auditing and consulting. She obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from the ICHEC Brussels Management School, preparing her for her successful career in finance.
In her current role, Bernadette is responsible for overseeing business and operations controlling, ensuring that financial processes are aligned with the Telenet group's strategic objectives.
In her offtime, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies are yoga, reading, cooking and sewing.
