With a strong multicultural and international background, Silvia Brady has held leadership roles across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working for companies such as Lucent Technologies, Avaya, Citrix, Hitachi Vantara, Nortel Networks, and Stryker.
Silvia has extensive expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, and credit management. She has led finance functions across business units and geographic regions, always with a strong commercial and operational focus.
Originally from Ecuador, Silvia also holds U.S. nationality. She has lived and worked in the United States, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Spain. She holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and a Master of Science in Accounting from Babson College in Massachusetts. In addition, she completed the Global Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, further strengthening her strategic and executive leadership capabilities.
Silvia is married and the proud mother of two sons. In her free time, she enjoys taking dance classes, traveling with her family, and exploring new cultures.
