Benedikte Paulissen

Chief Customer Operations Officer

Benedikte Paulissen, born in 1969, is Chief Customer Operations Officer at Telenet group. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from KU Leuven and a postgraduate degree in European Law from UCL. Her passion for technology and customer service began at Flanders Technology International, a non-profit organization that promotes innovation and science.


Paulissen joined Telenet group in 1998, where she gained experience across various business, communication, sales, and customer care roles. In 2015, she became a member of the executive team as Chief Customer Officer, responsible for all sales channels and customer care activities. In 2020, she was appointed Executive Vice President of Data, Digital & Customer Journey, where she helped lead the company’s efforts in data and digital transformation.


Since 2023, Paulissen has been Chief Customer Operations Officer, focusing on optimizing the customer experience. She is known for her commitment to customer-centric innovation and has played a key role in improving Telenet group’s service quality.


Benedikte is the proud mother of twin sons, Jul and Lowie, and lives with her husband, Bert. On weekends, she enjoys the simple things in life. She likes taking long walks in nature while listening to podcasts or audiobooks—a moment of peace and inspiration. Beautiful things such as flowers, music, and art make her happy, and she greatly enjoys good food in the company of friends.
