Kirsten Florentie holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Sciences (child psychology) from KU Leuven and a diploma in HR Management from EHSAL. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry before moving into HR management across three countries. At SD Worx, she specialized in innovative work organizations and leadership coaching. At Agfa Graphics, she focused on global change management programs and workforce strategies.
Kirsten joined Telenet group in September 2016, initially as an HR Business Partner and, since 2020, as Vice President of People & Workplace.
Kirsten is also a member of the Board of Directors and REMCO (Remuneration Committee) at Wyre.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two children, Victor and Margaux. As the daughter of a wine merchant and a philosopher, she enjoys meaningful conversations over a glass of wine.
