Does it improve business?

Without a doubt, Kim says. The dream, where you get the right action for the right customer in the right channel at the right time, well, we turned it into reality. We came up with an AI system that can prescribe what is the next best action for any given customer at any given time. That can be a commercial offer like a cross-sell, a service-oriented message like, “hey, we noticed that your Wi-Fi is maybe not performing at its best, and here's how we can resolve that”. So that is a good example of how data and AI can help transform how we do our business.

Always that next step

There’s always a next step. Making processes faster, continuously improving them … The different teams in our data tribe are working on every single aspect of this. Making sure our products are being used to their maximum extent, optimizing internal processes.
