Generic or specialized

From answering general questions to getting to grips with technical problems, our customer service team has a need for both kinds of people, who provide first-class assistance without exception.

Numerous channels

You know how our customers enjoy online customer meetings or video calls with their grandmother, and you solve their problems. You assist them via calls, mails, chat or social media – fluently, with a friendly attitude and a touch of humour.

Step 2

One of our recruiters gives you a call as soon as they can. Feel free to start firing off questions during this call.

Step 3

Time for an online exercise, in which we carefully examine your competencies.

Step 4

You have a chat with the recruiter. For certain positions, the hiring manager joins in.

Step 5

Finally, you will have a conversation with the manager, after which we will make you an offer. For some positions, you visit the work floor.
