You will commercialise our products to a number of specific target groups, depending on the tribe or squad to which you belong, and/or for the STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning) process. You give form to our customer value propositions and are the key interface between Sales & Care, Product Management, MarCom and other stakeholders.
Wanted: a storyteller who will put Telenet on the map, someone that can enhance our image, our reputation and our success both internally and externally. You think up, create and coordinate communications across the various channels to reach the right target groups. Thanks to you, everything we communicate to the world is aligned with our brands.
You speak the customer's language like no other. This is the means by which you optimise our portfolio: you design and revamp products and services to correspond seamlessly with market trends and our customer's current and future needs. You hold our customer value propositions up to the light and give them an extra polish.
