As a scrum master or agile coach, you support and facilitate the agile mindset that we want to instil throughout our organization. You are an ‘agile role model’ who works with all the Telenet teams, squads and tribes to ensure they are optimally organized. This makes our workplace a stimulating learning environment, where all Telenetters get the best out of themselves.
At Telenet we have taken the first steps towards an ‘Agile Way of Working’. This creates a dynamic environment, where change is a constant. As a scrum master or agile coach, it is up to you to help identify what works well, but also where the bottlenecks are and how to resolve them.
We pull out all the stops to welcome you. And even after your onboarding we will continue to ensure you are happy working with us, with homeworking options, well-being initiatives, plenty of autonomy, and much more.
As a scrum master, you supervise one to two scrum teams. You help them launch improvement actions and communicate about them. You set up scrum events and make sure the door is always wide open for feedback and the exchange of ideas.
As an agile coach you work on three levels. From lowest to highest: you provide professional coaching at the individual level, help improve teams and team dynamics, and facilitate cultural shifts and create a learning environment.
You respond to a vacancy by submitting your CV and cover letter. Gift wrap optional.
One of our recruiters will call you as soon as possible. During this conversation, you will already have the opportunity to submit your initial questions.
Time for a chat with the hiring manager and a recruiter. The job, our expectations and yours: it's all on the table.
Finally, you do an assessment test. For example, as a future scrum master we might ask you to work out a group case and a smaller individual case.
