The mobile internet volume: The mobile Internet volume in Belgium and the EU zone is unlimited*:
- Mobile internet in Belgium: once the combined volume of the SIM cards per month has been reached (40 GB for 1 mobile number, 80 GB for 2 mobile numbers, 120 GB for 3 mobile numbers, 160 GB for 4 mobile numbers and 200 GB for 5 mobile numbers), the customer can continue to access the internet at a reduced speed of 512 kbps until the next billing period.
- Mobile internet in the rest of the EU zone: the included combined mobile internet volume per month is limited to 20 GB for 1 mobile number, 40 GB for 2 mobile numbers, 60 GB for 3 mobile numbers, 80 GB for 4 mobile numbers and 100 GB for 5 mobile numbers; above the included mobile internet volume, internet access continues at normal speed for EUR 0.0036 (incl. VAT) per MB.

- Free installation: If a customer qualifies for Self-starter installation, the customer will be able to install their fixed Telenet services themselves, at no additional cost. If Self-starter installation cannot be booked at the registration address, the customer is eligible for Comfort installation (an €85 value) at no additional cost. A technician will then come and install the Telenet services at the customer’s home address.
- Free activation: Free activation worth €50 with a ONE or ONEup subscription.
- Wi-Fi booster: Every Telenet customer with an internet subscription is entitled to free rental of one Wi-Fi booster. Additional Wi-Fi boosters can be rented for €2/month. The rental and loan conditions for network boosters apply.
- Hardware (optional)
