From 1 June 2026, Netflix will only be available via the new Telenet TV box. If you don’t replace your outdated Digibox, Digicorder or TV with a card with the TV box, you’ll only be able to watch via the Netflix app or website from that date onwards. Please note that your subscription will remain active after 1 June and charges will continue to apply.
As soon as you order Netflix through Telenet, you will receive an email from Telenet containing an activation link.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer your existing Netflix account or create a new Netflix account.

If you already have an existing Netflix account, first transfer it to Telenet. That way, you will avoid double payments and retain all your account details. You can transfer easily via the ‘Activate now’ button on My Telenet, or go directly to My Telenet > TV > Activate your streaming services. Then click ‘Activate your streaming services’ and follow the steps to finalize linking your account to Telenet.

Have you already ordered Netflix? Great! All you have to do now is activate your Netflix account. Click the link in the activation email. Once activated, you can log into Netflix and start watching.
If you use a VPN, you may see the wrong activation screen when you click the activation button via MyTelenet. Switch off your VPN temporarily, go to the registration page via MyTelenet or the activation link from your email/SMS and create your Netflix account. Then switch your VPN on again.
