All about the price adjustment

New prices for our Telenet subscriptions will take effect on 16 March 2026. These relate to the fixed monthly subscription fees for internet, mobile and fixed telephony, cable and digital television. In addition, from that date on you will pay for fixed telephony within ONE and ONEup.

How will this affect you?

Prefer not to have a fixed line?

Do you have ONE or ONEup and want to cancel your fixed line because of the price adjustment? You can easily do this yourself via MyTelenet or the MyTelenet app. Do you need help? Feel free to contact our customer service.

What happens to your bill?

The price adjustment takes effect on Monday, 16 March 2026. You will see this on your first bill after that date.

You don't pay monthly? Then it might take a little longer before you receive the first bill with the new prices. That depends on your billing period.

What about the subscription period charged before 16 March 2026? The new prices are visible on your first bill after 16 March. For the period up to and including 15 March, the old prices will still apply. On that bill, for one time only, you may see an amount that is slightly lower than the new price.

Do you have a discount?

You keep your discount as long as you remain eligible and it has not expired!  Which discount are you receiving?

Social tariff or group discount

The price adjustment applies. Your discount will be deducted from the adjusted prices.

Student discount

You’ll continue to enjoy the same prices. The discount increases in line with the subscription price, so the final amount remains the same.

Employer’s contribution: Telenet Incentive Plan

Your employer decides whether to cover the price adjustment (in full or in part). 

If not, your bill will increase by the amount of the price adjustment. For more information, please contact your employer.

We will keep you informed

We informed you personally about the adjustment between 27 January and 13 February 2026. Do you want to stop your Telenet services as a result of these price adjustments? We’re sorry to hear that. You can cancel them at no charge through our customer service.

  • There is no price adjustment for the following products: Telenet Essential Internet HighFIVE, TV-theek on-demand content, installation and activation costs, internet product options, fixed and mobile telephony, price based on usage of mobile telephony, social internet offering + TV, domain names and cloud, security and hosting products.
