What does our chatbot do?
You get clear answers to general questions. Didn’t get a suitable answer? We connect you with a colleague. Note that they will only answer between 8.00 and 22.00 on weekdays and between 9.00 and 22.00 on weekends and public holidays.
You can chat in the chat channel, integrated in the MyTelenet app and on our website. This guarantees a secure environment.
The new virtual Telenet agent understands your question, looks up all the info on our website and gives you a clear answer right away. Our chatbot isn’t (yet) human and might occasionally get things wrong. Please double-check its answers with the information on our website — especially when it comes to prices and promotions. We kindly ask you to use the chatbot responsibly. Intentionally misleading it is not allowed.
How do you start a chat?

To start a chat, simply open or download the app.
- You are automatically logged in via the app, so we recognise you right away and can help you more quickly.

What questions can I ask?
The virtual Telenet agent can help you with general questions about Telenet. Want to know how to change your Wi-Fi password, where to find a payment, or how Wi-Fi pods work? No problem! Unfortunately, our smart agent can’t help you with questions that have nothing to do with Telenet, such as those concerning the weather or traffic.
Can you access your chat history?
Previous chats can be found in the MyTelenet app and online on MyTelenet if you are logged in. Not logged in? Your chat history is stored on the device you used to start the chat. As long as you don’t delete the cache and cookies on that device.
What if you are not a customer (yet)?
You can still chat with our virtual agent. But only via our website, not the app. You get answers to questions you want to ask Telenet, based on the information available on our website.
