Communication preferences for marketing

Telenet uses your data to communicate commercial offers and product information. You can choose how you would like to receive this communication. Please note: This does not apply to non-commercial communication.

Want to stay informed about commercial info?

3 options for you

You decide how Telenet keeps you informed about interesting offers and information. You can indicate your preferences via MyTelenet:

  • Telenet may keep me informed by email
  • Telenet may keep me informed by SMS
  • Telenet may show me personalized advertising on online platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram

Both customers and former customers can choose not to receive personalized advertising from Telenet.

Please note that Telenet may still contact you in connection with the performance of your contract or when we are legally required to do so.

You can indicate this preference via MyTelenet. If that doesn’t work, contact customer service and we’ll help you.

There are lists you can add yourself to if you do not want to receive any letters or phone calls at all — not just from Telenet, but from other companies too:

  • If you no longer want to receive commercial phone calls, use the Do Not Call Me list at www.donotcallme.be
  • If you no longer want to receive commercial communications via the post, use the Robinson list at www.robinson.be
