Suppliers

Business professionals meet for the first time at a conference, exchanging smiles and handshakes as they introduce themselves. The environment is welcoming and conducive to networking.

At Telenet group, we are committed to manage our supply chain in a responsible way. The products and services that we purchase from our suppliers have as much of an ethical, environmental and social impact as our own products and services. We therefore reward those suppliers who strive for sustainable operations and encourage the others to make improvements. This goal is firmly embedded in our procurement process.

Telenet group will favor suppliers that are able to demonstrate:

  • Adherence to our policies and documents (see in Supplier Facing Policies and Documents), including sustainability, security, and privacy requirements
  • Implementation of effective policies and processes to prevent modern slavery across the operations and supply chains
  • Establishment of clear quality goals and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support for customer audits and willingness to accommodate improvement requests
  • Commitment to holding the suppliers to the same high standards
  • A strong dedication to customer care, successful project delivery, and competitive value

Supplier Selection Process

Telenet group follows a very thorough process to select its suppliers. We use an online tool for auctions and requests for proposal, information, or quotation. If you are invited to be part of this supplier selection process, you will be expected to follow the process and use the tool. The tool will ensure that the process is handled in a structured, transparent, and fair manner.

To participate in Telenet group's supplier selection process, you must agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure all communications and selection content remain confidential. Telenet group will also respect the confidentiality of all submitted proposals as outlined in the agreement.

In addition to that, all our suppliers must comply with our supplier facing policies.
