As a CRM Analyst you are the driving force of our data driven approach. Your keen insight and analytical eye brings figures to life and helps us achieve our business goals. To achieve this you focus on our customers and their activities: from X-Sell via Upsell and Deepsell to Retention.
You optimize our customers’ digital experience and develop digital solutions, concepts, designs, campaigns and applications. You join a multidisciplinary team in which you represent the customer. Different contexts, domains and projects? No problem, you can effortlessly adapt to any situation.
You are the driving force behind Telenet group’s strategy and align our digital roadmap with it. You are aware of what is going on amongst customers and competitors, and in the digital landscape. You successfully manage the development and launch of our products and monitor their performance. You defend the interests of customers and internal stakeholders and make recommendations to the management with respect to scope, timings and budgets.
Using raw data to optimize conversion rates, joining marketing and data. That is the objective of An Dewilde and the CRO team (AKA the Conversion Rate Optimization team).
