Working for our technical customer service department, you will assist customers with unequivocal, comprehensive answers. You will tackle each question head on, consider it and look for the best solution - even if it is completely new to you. Variety and a permanent contract: bring it on. 

What does a technical customer service job involve? 

Routine questions are managed by an external team. You come into the picture when additional insight and technical knowledge are required. Because that is what our technical customer service stands for. Residential and small business customers appreciate your pit bull style approach when dealing with their problems. You persevere and don’t get bogged down in standard solutions. You adopt a strategic approach and guide customers through what we have to offer. Left, right, always straight ahead! 

What is a customer care specialist good at? 

Your technical expertise is perfect for this job. You are in touch with numerous customers via many different channels but always retain an overview. Your social skills ensure that even the most difficult conversations remain amiable, but you hold your own when dealing with a demanding customer. Together with your colleagues, you target business goals and celebrate when they have been achieved.

What does the application process look like? 

Step 1

We will call you for a brief screening session. You ask your questions, we ask ours. This is meant to be an initial selection.  

Step 2

We will run a personality test and a test to assess, among other things, your logical reasoning ability. 

Step 3

There will then be a one-hour in-depth interview and we will check your reference(s).

Step 4

The process is finalized with your signature on a permanent contract.
