Telenet group gives you the freedom and trust, for example, to perform your work outside of the office. However, your bond with colleagues is equally important, which is why we ask you to come to the office at least two days a week. During your six-month start-up period, we will expect you to spend at least three days a week in the office. For some positions, such as shop employees, teleworking is not an option.

Training courses on security, privacy and cybersecurity are mandatory, but you will also have the opportunity to learn on an individual basis, for example, via e-learning platforms and videos. Social learning will also feature prominently: think mentoring and team meetings, and initiatives such as Tellit Live. You will be able to attend formal courses on topics such as AI, change management or digital transformation but equally we run specific projects focused on leadership, strategic insight, inclusion and belonging. This will enable you to continuously develop your skills and expertise, which is essential if we want to keep our products and services competitive.
