You can ask a question at any time. We’ll reply during our opening hours - from 8.00 to 22.00 on weekdays and from 9.00 to 22.00 on weekends and public holidays.

Built into our own environment

You no longer need to use external apps like WhatsApp. Everything’s handled securely on our website or in the MyTelenet app.

Secure and reliable

Your data is secure in our Telenet environment. We only use it to improve your experience - in accordance with the GDPR rules.

How do you start a chat?

Chat via the MyTelenet app

To start a chat, simply open or download the app.

  • You are automatically logged in via the app - this allows us to help you more quickly.
  • Your chat history is saved, so you can always find your previous chats.
  • For each answer, you receive a notification in the app.

You can ask a question via chat at any time. Note that our colleagues will only answer during office hours - from 8.00 to 22.00 on weekdays and from 9.00 to 22.00 on weekends and public holidays.

Forgot your MyTelenet password?

No problem! You can quickly reset your password and log in again. Under ‘Read more’, you will find a direct link to the help page of the MyTelenet app. Be sure to check it out.

Can you access your chat history?

Previous chats can be found in the MyTelenet app and online on MyTelenet if you are logged in. Not logged in? Your chat history is stored on the device you used to start the chat. As long as you don’t delete the cache and cookies on that device.

What if you are not a customer (yet)?

You can still chat with us. But only via our website, not the app.
