An Dewilde, team manager in the commercial tribe is on an exciting journey. Together with her team she wants to make your online journey as exciting as hers. Experimenting, testing, evaluating, implementing … anything to optimize the conversation rate.

Working with real data

We always start from real data or insights that make us formulate a hypothesis linked to our strategy. From then on we start running tests to confirm it – or not. A best practice is how we changed the order in which we present our products. No longer from most expensive to cheapest but the other way around. The uplift in conversion rate was staggering.

A young and hungry team

Our commercial tribe is a young team. We started it back in ’23, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of experts who take responsibility and are hungry for training to keep improving themselves and the team.

 

All the different competencies, knowledge, and skills, working together like a charm. CRO experts, UX, UI designers, analysts, digital personalization experts … They can really make magic happen. We run our experiments from A to Z. And in the end, we have a winner. And if not, we learned an equally valuable lesson. So, our work is never a loss.
 

Spread the word

What we do can be used for B2B, B2C, internal platforms … The possibilities are endless. Our central team of experts is also very keen on sharing their knowledge. We take other people along, decentralizing the knowledge so people can take it back to their own teams and profit from it. And it’s really catching on, which is very satisfying.

Ongoing ambitions

Becoming the best CRO team in Belgium, that’s An’s clear and outspoken ambition. And the team is well on its way to get there. They are already nominated for the Experimentation Culture Award. Being on this shortlist of an international award with only four other nominees is already quite the achievement.
