We will contact your previous operator to transfer your services.
Every customer with at least one Internet connection or digital TV with an operator will receive an Easy Switch ID. You can find it on your bill, your purchase confirmation, or your current operator’s online customer service page.
Send your ID and your customer number to your new operator and they will look after the transfer.
