Business Support Advisors at Telenet are part of the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Support Team within the SME & Corporate Support department. Together with your colleagues, you provide support to different B2B Stakeholders: customers, internal sales & business partners.

 

Creating memorable customer experiences, that’s your goal. Use your people skills to build relationships, gain knowledge and become an expert of the SME Support Team.

 
 



 
 

Work end to end

You assist Telenet B2B clients directly and you are responsible for the long – term administrative follow-up of customer inquiries. Guide and advise your clients from A to Z.

What you'll be doing

Assist the customer with information requests regarding the company’s mobile and data fleet.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Telenet/Base B2B sales channels.

  • Has an excellent oral and written knowledge of either Dutch or French
  • Knows Basic English Business language (both oral and written)
  • Has some serious digital skills
