Code of conduct



Our Code of Conduct defines how we act as individuals and how we interact with our colleagues, our customers, our business partners and with our broader stakeholder community. It lays the foundation for a strong company culture that responds to the highest standards of respect, business integrity and ethical conduct.


Whistleblowing facility

We operate a whistleblowing facility available for employees, ex-employees, and all third parties with whom Telenet has a business relationship and who want to report any unethical behavior for investigation.

If employees, business partners, suppliers and contractors become aware of or suspect any conduct they believe violates the Telenet Code of Conduct or any applicable law, rule, regulation or unethical behaviour, they are encouraged to report such improper conduct as promptly as possible.

A report can be made using our secure independent third party portal here. This portal is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The report will be passed to the Compliance team who will allocate the report to the team best placed to determine the appropriate action.

This facility is not for customer service matters or enquiries. In that case please contact our Customer Service (NL / FR).

Any personal data provided will only be used to investigate the allegation reported and take action in line with our Code of Conduct.
