In December 2016 the Telenet online community platform was relaunched under the brand name: De Netweters. This online platform helps customers to be fully up to speed with the digital world we live in. Customers can ask questions, share experiences and do suggestions to improve existing products. For the BASE customers there is a similar online community platform where customers can ask questions and help eachother out with tips & tricks.
