Helemaal Mee tournee


Through this initiative we are setting a new standard for customer service in Belgium. 250 Telenet technicians are proactively conducting home visits at customers for a full and free check-up of their indoor technical installation, ensuring customers can get the most out of their Telenet products and are fully up to speed in the digital age.


Did you know that since its launch in September 2014, the "Helemaal Mee Tournee" has already conducted more than 415.000 home visits at the end of 2017?

Netweters campaign

In December 2016 the Telenet online community platform was relaunched under the brand name: De Netweters. This online platform helps customers to be fully up to speed with the digital world we live in. Customers can ask questions, share experiences and do suggestions to improve existing products.
