All about the price adjustment
New prices for our Telenet subscriptions will take effect on 16 March 2026. These relate to the fixed monthly subscription fees for internet, mobile and fixed telephony, cable and digital television.
How will this affect you?

What happens to your invoice?
The price adjustment takes effect on Monday, 16 March 2026. You will see this on your first invoice after that date.
You don’t pay monthly? In that case, it may take a little longer before you receive your first invoice with the new prices. This depends on your invoicing period.
What about the invoicing period charged before 16 March 2026? The new prices are visible on your first invoice after 16 March. For the period up to and including 15 March, the old prices will still apply. On that invoice, for one time only, you may see an amount that is slightly lower than the new price.
Do you have a discount?
You keep your discount as long as you remain eligible and it has not expired! Which discount are you receiving?
Employer’s contribution: Telenet Incentive Plan
The adjustment does not affect the employer's contribution. As an employer, you can choose to adjust your contribution according to the new tariffs. Not adjusting the contribution? Then your employee's invoice increases by the amount of the price adjustment.
Group discount
The price adjustment applies. Your discount will be deducted from the adjusted prices.
We will keep you informed
We informed you personally about the adjustment between 27 January and 13 February 2026. Do you want to stop your Telenet services as a result of these price adjustments? We’re sorry to hear that. You can cancel them at no charge through our customer service.
Useful information
- There is no price adjustment for the following products: Telenet Essential Internet HighFIVE, TV-theek on-demand content, installation and activation costs, internet product options, fixed and mobile telephony, price based on usage of mobile telephony, social internet offering + TV, domain names and cloud, security and hosting products.
