Frequently asked questions
- Netflix, YouTube Premium & Disney+ still need to be activated via My Telenet. You can easily do so via the link in your activation email or directly via My Telenet > Manage your entertainment.
- Streamz Premium(+), Play More, Play Sports, Passion XL and Option FR are activated automatically. You don't need to do anything more yourself for these. Easy, right?
All our entertainment services are flexible. You can easily cancel them online via My Telenet. You are only committing to a 30-day subscription.
During this period you cannot cancel. After this period expires, you can cancel free of charge.
As soon as you order Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube Premium through Telenet, you’ll receive an email from Telenet containing an activation link.

- Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer your existing Netflix, YouTube Premium or Disney+ account or create a new Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube Premium account.
