We have taken the following steps to improve the accessibility of our website: 

 

  • Providing accessibility trainings to our design, development, and content teams.

  • Committed to an inclusive marketing strategy and inclusive communication charter.

  • Conducting a company-wide diversity and inclusion survey, the Vibe Survey.

  • Training all employees on unconscious bias.

  • Incorporating accessibility standards into our design process.
