Connectivity for all: Telenet Essential Internet
Telenet Essential Internet is a structural and sustainable societal programme to provide affordable internet for everyone. To this purpose Telenet works together with public social organizations and non-for-profit organizations that work to combat poverty and support people in a financially vulnerable situation.

Access to hardware: Project Heartware
Together with Ondernemers voor een Warm België, we turn hardware into heartware by collecting second-hand laptops and refurbishing them. Working in close cooperation with local social organizations and schools, Ondernemers voor een Warm België, hands-out these refurbished laptops to vulnerable families who are in dire need of them.

Collaboration with digital inclusion organizations & The Digital Acceleration
Telenet Essential Internet is a structural and sustainable programme to provide affordable internet for everyone. To this purpose Telenet works together with public social organizations and non-for-profit organisations that work to combat poverty and support people in a financially vulnerable situation.
Next to this, Telenet Business invests in the digital acceleration of SME entrepreneurs by providing free consulting services on e-commerce, social media and online security. Besides offering personal coaching, the Digital Acceleration (FR) program connects SME entrepreneurs with digital experts and coaches through an online matchmaking platform.
Collaborations with digital inclusion organizations
Through collaborations with digital inclusion organizations as Coderdojo Belgium, YouthStart, BeCode, Bibliothèques sans Frontières and BeCentral, we support the development of digital skills for all.
Next to this, Telenet Business invests in the digital acceleration of SME entrepreneurs by providing free consulting services on e-commerce, social media and online security. Besides offering personal coaching, the Digital Acceleration program connects SME entrepreneurs with digital experts and coaches through an online matchmaking platform.
Relevant UN development goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
